Pricing for Outstation Trips

At Venkateshwara Luxury Travels, we offer transparent pricing to ensure you get the best value for your outstation journey. Here’s a breakdown of our rates:

  • ₹35 per kilometer: This is the base fare for your outstation trip, ensuring you travel in comfort without worrying about hidden costs.

  • Driver Batta (₹700): A fixed charge to cover the driver’s accommodation and meals on longer trips. This fee ensures our drivers are well-rested and ready to provide you with top-quality service throughout your journey.

  • Additional Charges:

    • Transport Permit: Depending on the state or region you are traveling to, a transport permit may be required. This will be charged as per government regulations.

    • Toll Fees: Any toll charges incurred during the journey will be charged separately. These fees vary depending on the route and the number of toll booths you pass.

Note: Our outstation services have a minimum distance of 300 km. If your trip is under this distance, the minimum fare will still apply.

Example Pricing for 300 km One-Way Trip:

 

  • 300 km x ₹35/km = ₹10,500 (Base Fare)

  • Driver Batta = ₹700

  • Transport Permit and Toll Fees (Variable, based on your route)
